Refunds and Exchanges:

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges for any unopened product(s) returned in their original packaging and re-salable condition within 14 days of purchase. However, please note that a refund may be refused or reduced in value if the product is not returned in a condition suitable for full resale. Scruples reserves the right to determine the refund amount based on the product's retail value and its condition upon return.

Exclusions:

There are certain circumstances where we may not be able to accept returns, cancel orders, or offer refunds, except in cases of product faults or breaches of statutory rights. These exclusions include:

Returns made after the 14-day purchase window.
Products returned without their original packaging.
Products not returned in a condition suitable for resale.
