- Shipping & Delivery Stock permitting, all orders placed on-line are usually despatched within 1 -10 days (except for weekends and holidays). We will contact you to let you know when to expect your purchases. Should you need your items urgently, please telephone +34 928 833252, In the event that any of your purchases are temporarily out of stock we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. You are entitled to cancel any item that is out of stock immediately after your transaction.

- Returns & Replacements We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you wish to exchange or return your goods we will refund any unused item returned in its original packaging & condition. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. Please make sure that your order number and reason for dissatisfaction with the product is included otherwise it will delay the refund process. NB Carraige will only be refunded should there be a manufacturer’s defect. Returns should be sent to:

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your shipping details, including date & time of posting, tracking number and link so that you may track your package online.
DELIVERY FOR LANZAROTE RESIDENTS
On checkout you will be charged the standard 'paquete azul' postage cost. On Lanzarote this is the cost for us delivering to you ourselves. However, for remote areas we may ask you for a small additional fee. Should you wish to pick up your purchases in person from one of the shops, you will be re-imbursed for the postage when you collect your items.
Deliveries are made between 9.00am and 4.00pm weekdays only. We make every effort to deliver items within the estimated time-scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
